🌍 1. Terms of Use

  • AUVREO Global is an independent youth-led platform focused on education, leadership, events, and community engagement.
  • By accessing or joining AUVREO, users agree to follow all policies listed here.
  • Users must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age in their region.
  • AUVREO reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature, event, or service at any time without prior notice.
  • Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent removal.

🛡️ 2. Community Conduct Policy

  • No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
  • No impersonation of officials, members, or external individuals.
  • No spamming, manipulation, or disruption of community spaces.
  • Respect all roles, including organizers, delegates, and volunteers.
  • No unauthorized sharing of internal documents, private discussions, or confidential information.
  • Political or sensitive discussions must remain respectful and non-disruptive.

Violations may lead to:

  • Warning → Temporary suspension → Permanent ban

🎓 3. Participation Policy (Events / MUN / Programs)

  • Registration is mandatory and must be completed before participation.
  • All submissions must be original; plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification.
  • Certificates and recognitions are only granted after full and valid participation.
  • AUVREO reserves the right to modify event structure, schedules, or rules if required.
  • Decisions made by the Secretariat or Organizing Committee are final and binding.

💸 4. Payment, Refund & Transaction Policy

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details before completing transactions.
  • Payments may include registration fees, participation fees, or service charges.

Refund Conditions:

  • No refunds once registration is confirmed.

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • The event is cancelled by AUVREO Global
    • A duplicate payment is verified
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Chargeback Policy:

  • Any fraudulent chargeback attempt will result in immediate suspension and restriction from future participation.

🔐 5. Privacy Policy

  • AUVREO may collect basic user information such as name, email, and institutional details for participation purposes.
  • Payment data is processed securely by third-party providers and is not stored by AUVREO Global.

  • User data is strictly used for:

    • Event participation
    • Certificates and verification
    • Official communication
  • AUVREO does not sell, trade, or misuse user data.

⚖️ 6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • AUVREO Global is not responsible for personal losses, misunderstandings, or external disputes arising outside its official systems.
  • Participation in events is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.
  • AUVREO is not liable for technical failures caused by third-party platforms or services.
  • All content and communication are provided for educational and organizational purposes only.

🚨 7. Final Authority Clause

  • AUVREO Global holds full authority over:

    • Membership decisions
    • Event results
    • Policy enforcement
    • Platform moderation
  • All decisions taken by the core team or Secretariat are final and non-negotiable.
